eAgent application is used by Major P&C Insurer Agents to service their Auto, Home, Life & Specialty customers. Daily transaction volumes exceed 300K and the overall CPU usage was increasing at an alarming rate, way over the budgeted amounts for the upcoming 5 years’ period.

Major P&C Insurer insurance sales team sends letters to customers for leads generated by lead center to generate sales as part of direct marketing. But these letters were sent without actual quote (premium) included.

The leads generated by lead center will run thru batch eHome quoting application and direct marketing letters will be sent along with premium amount. The solution automated compete process including importing leads, running thru home quote app (off peak time), merging leads with premium data and exporting to 3rd party vendor

 

 

Benefits:

 

Pre-Quotes was one of the highest direct market sales channel for Home business in YR2008. Currently around 10k leads are processed every day and close to 1 million preQuotes and lead letters have been generated
